Miles 7 months to 1 year

Wow! Time has flown by. I am jumping the gun. Miles is currently only 9 months but I plan to keep updating this post as we go.

7 Months Oct 2013
Weight: 16.5 lbs.
You celebrated your first Halloween! You are really starting the giggle and become your own person. Not only did you get your first infection, but you are also getting your helmet to reshape you head.

8 months Nov 2013
Weight: 17.1 lbs
Kid you are growing so fast. You are eating everything in sight! Your head is changing left and right because of your helmet. You had your first Thanksgiving and we were most thankful for you! You are saying "ba, da, la, and ma!" You like to try to feed yourself as often as you can. You are also learning to sit and stand with help.

9 Months Dec 2013
Weight 17.3 lbs
Miles you celebrated your first Christmas! You are rolling over, learning to sit up by yourself, talking more and more each day. Your bottom two teeth FINALLY came in. You are starting to feed yourself snacks although we must make sure they dissolve otherwise you choke.

10 Months Jan 2014
Weight: 17.1 lbs
Height: 27.0 inches
Head 17.3 inches
Miles you lost weight this month! We think it is because you were so sick with an ear infection for so long, it started end of October. We gave you medicine and found out it didn't work. You were finally healed just before Christmas. Either way, Dr. Davis said no more baby food for you, only table food! We hope that you will gain lots of weight this way. You are now able to permanently sit up by yourself. We love to slowly make you walk back and forth to mom and dad. You try to sleep on your side.

11 Months Feb 2014
Weight: 18.4 lbs.
Length: 27.5 in.
We bought a new couch this month. Mommy is getting ready for you monster birthday week by week. We are so excited to see you grow! You are eating anything in sight. You are very mischievous and love to get into trouble. Mom and Dad yell "Hey!" when you are into things you shouldn't be, but you just laugh and roll away! You have had cake and a small bite of ice cream this month and you love the cake, ice cream not so much.
